Product Delivery & Refund Policy
Product Delivery
Digital Product: All digital product orders will be delivered electronically via a link contained in an email from pathoflightrecords.com, following payment verification.
Physical Product: All physical product orders are processed independently of pathoflightrecords.com via third party vendors and are subject to whatever terms, conditions, policies, methods and modes of payment are indicated on their websites. Pathoflightrecords.com is in no way responsible for anything having to do with the availability, sale and/or delivery of physical product purchased from any third party vendor.
Delivery Time for digital product will usually be same day, pending payment verification..
Order Delivery and Confirmation will be emailed to you upon receipt of your completed order to the email address provided to us during registration.
Invoice: Your Order Delivery and Confirmation email will serve as your invoice copy.
Unavailable Inventory and Refunds
In the event that we are unable to deliver the product you ordered after your order has been completed, we will notify you via email and refund in full any payment that has been processed.
Refund Policy
All Sales are Final, excluding miss-delivered product and/or damaged product sent to you from pathoflightrecords.com, which may be resolved as specified below:
Miss-delivered Product is defined as product delivered to you from pathoflightrecords.com that you did not order.
Damaged Product is defined as product delivered to you in damaged condition, where that damage originates with pathoflightrecords.com (e.g. corrupted or otherwise malfunctioning digital files).
Damaged or Miss-delivered Product you receive from pathoflightrecords.com following payment verification will be credited back to your account for the purchase price of the product, pending verification of damage and/or miss-delivery.
Refund request for Damaged or Miss-delivered Product must be made via email to: office@pathoflightrecords.com and have "Refund Request" printed in the subject line.
Refund Processing: Refunds will not be processed without the following: an email to: office@pathoflightrecords.com with "Refund Request" printed in the subject line and a copy of your original Order Delivery and Confirmation email.

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of pathoflightrecords.com. Any policy changes will be posted on our website. Please check periodically to keep yourself apprised of any changes to this policy.
